Many government agencies have real estate for sale. Examples, in addition to HUD, would be Department of Veterans Affairs, Internal Revenue Service, Small Business Administration, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, General Services Administration, US Army Corps of Engineers, Customs Service, US Marshals Service and the Department of Agricultural Rural Development.
