Personal Information Packet

| The Personal Information Packet is used to help the
authorities locate someone who has disappeared. It provides photos, DNA,
fingerprints and other information to help with missing persons,
kidnapping, child abduction or other occasion where identification needs
to be made. This is particularly useful for children or for adults with
dementia or Alzheimer's who may have a tendency to wander.

| The packet consists of: fingerprints, hair sample, cheek
swab, extensive physical description and photos and video (and
other documents if supplied) on a CD in a convenient package that can be
handed to the authorities, greatly reducing the time needed to begin
looking for your missing loved one and reducing stress in a time of
need. Optionally, you may also buy a lanyard and ID badge which contains
information the authorities can use to return your found loved one
faster.
